What it does
At The Peak runs live sports video production with a gig-based crew, which meant every shoot started the same way: texts and calls to work out who was available, chasing the right people in the right order, and keeping track by hand of who ended up working what and what they were owed.
The app replaces that. Crew see open positions for upcoming shoots and sign up themselves. Notifications go out in a priority order rather than all at once: crew are ranked per role, so the people who should get first refusal on a given position actually do. Crew and producers message each other inside the app instead of across scattered text threads. And every shift worked feeds straight into pay tracking, so what someone is owed is a record rather than a reconstruction.
The result is 10 to 20 hours a month back, and a scheduling process that runs without anyone having to sit on top of it.

The Gate
Websites that bring in work rather than just existing: fast to load, clear in the first few seconds, found in local search, and wired to whatever follows up on an enquiry.

The system that catches every lead and follows up without anyone remembering to: pipeline design, automated sequences, and proposals that go out in minutes.
Operations
The Fields
The internal tools that keep daily work moving without being watched: scheduling and booking, dashboards, and automated approvals, notifications and reminders.
Records & reporting
The Storehouse
Making the business legible to itself: migrating and cleaning up existing data, reporting that answers real questions, and documentation that gets process out of one person's head.
Coordination & automation
